Loperamide HCL 2mg

3 blister packs of 8 tablets

INDICATION

Symptomatic treatment of diarrhoea
in patients above 12 years old.
No- specific acute and chronic diarrhoea
in which the cause in unknown.

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION

Acute diarrhoea : 2 tablets followed by 1 tablet
after each diarrhoeal stool for a maximum of
8 tablets a day
Chronic diarrhoea : 2-4 tablets a day
according to the severity of the disorder,
divided into 2 doses.
This drug should be discontinued after
48 hours if no improvement is observed
